When you send an electronic sentiment card, an e-mail message is sent to the person you're sending the sentiment card to, telling them that a sentiment card is waiting for them here on our website, and giving them a key value to choose up the sentiment card with.

When they use their web internet web browser to come and choose up the sentiment card, they enter their e-mail address and their key value and, there you are, they see the personalized sentiment card you've created for them.
